About Kim
Kim qualified as a Physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998 and completed an MSc in Physiotherapy at Nottingham University in 2006, specialising in manual therapy, rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal problems and sports medicine.
Kim is Physiotherapist for the British Orienteering team and, working closely with relevent specialists, is responsible for building long term strength and conditioning programmes to minimise injury and maximise training results. She provides physiotherapy treatment on training camps and at international competitions. An active runner, mountain biker and orienteer, Kim competed internationally at Orienteering gaining 4th place in the World Championships in 1999.
